Featured Hotels Requirement Here’s a practical add-on you can fold into your Featured Hotel to make stays measurably better for traveling nurses. See below for Required, Strongly Preferred, and Nice to Have, with quick policy notes.

Required (baseline to be listed as Featured Hotel)

  • Nurse-only rate & ID check (RN/LPN/NP/agency ID; flexible for allied staff).
  • Flexible check-in/out aligned to shifts (e.g., check-in from 7am; late checkout to 3pm when available).
  • Quiet-sleep standards: blackout shades, quiet-floor placement away from elevators/ice, no housekeeping knocks during posted sleep hours.
  • In-room food basics: mini-fridge + microwave + electric kettle or coffee maker; 24/7 hot water access.
  • 24/7 laundry access (on-site self-serve) with fragrance-free detergent option.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for telehealth/agency portals (state a minimum—e.g., “premium Wi-Fi included”).
  • Safety & access: well-lit parking/entries, keycard elevators, front-desk available 24/7.
  • Grab-and-go nutrition available overnight (boxed breakfast or healthy snack bar).
  • Amenity loaners: sleep kit on request (eye mask, earplugs, white-noise device if available).
  • Housekeeping on nurse schedule: opt-in timing; fragrance-free cleaning option.

Strongly Preferred (elevates experience & reviews)

  • Wash-and-fold partnership (discounted rates; same-day option).
